Terms of Service

KynOre designs and sells custom 3D-printed physical wallets and related accessories. Each product is made to order using a variety of materials, colors, and modular configurations.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service — including specific modules, colors, materials, or product configurations — at any time without prior notice.

To use KynOre, you must:

• Be a resident of the United States
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• Use only payment methods that are legitimately yours — the use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment information is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities
• Not use the Service to facilitate any illegal activity

If you are under 18, you may use KynOre with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

When you create an account with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in suspicious activity.

All purchases made through KynOre are processed in US Dollars (USD). By making a purchase, you agree to pay all charges at the prices listed at the time of purchase, plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

All payments are securely processed by Stripe. Your payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

Because our products are physical items made to order, shipping times may vary. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

We stand behind every wallet we make. You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date, for any reason.

How to request a refund:

• Sign in and open your My Orders page, find the order, and click Request Refund; or
• Email [email protected] with your order number.

Refund options:

• Refund to card — we reverse the original Stripe charge for the full order total back to the payment method you used.
• Store credit — we issue the full order total as credit on your KynOre account, which you can use immediately toward a new configuration.

Card refunds typically post within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Store credit is available instantly in your account.

Damaged or defective items: if your wallet arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us at [email protected] and we will make it right — even outside the 14-day window.

The 14-day window begins the day the carrier marks your package as Delivered. Orders that have not yet been delivered are not eligible for a return request (but you may cancel an unshipped order by emailing support).

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Use stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to make purchases
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malicious code or content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harvest or collect user information without consent
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

The Service and all products are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Because our wallets are 3D-printed, minor variations in color, texture, and finish may occur between units. These variations are inherent to the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
